Quote and contact forms. When you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of request (quote, service, or question), and any details you share about your project. Form submissions are forwarded to our team and stored in our website system so we can follow up.
Online booking. If you book an appointment through our online scheduling page, our scheduling provider (Setmore) collects your name, contact information, and appointment details so we can confirm and manage your visit.
Calls and text messages. When you call or text us, we keep records of the communication — your phone number, the date and time, and notes about your request. We use several phone numbers in our advertising, and calls to those numbers may be logged and routed through our phone service so we can answer promptly, maintain quality, and understand which of our ads are working.
Text message opt-in. If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages from us, we keep a record of that consent along with your phone number.
Website usage. Like most websites, ours may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and how well our advertising performs. This can include information such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at our site.
Reviews. Our website displays customer reviews from our Google Business Profile through a review widget. Those reviews are already public on Google; we do not collect additional personal information through the widget.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer records for as long as we reasonably need them — to service your home, honor warranties, meet our legal and tax obligations, and maintain a history of the electrical work we’ve performed. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our site is not directed at children.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we have about you, correct something that’s wrong, or delete information we no longer need.
