Overall a great experience from start to finish. I needed an EV charger, outlet and a whole house protection unit etc installed. It was so easy to work with Mike on setting up the appointment along with the quote. Heather thoughout the whole process with questions answered with a quick turnaround. Our family room has always been dark due to its northern exposure and overhanging trees. We decided to upgrade the ceiling lighting and called Flat River for a proposal. Mike came out and looked over our situation, took measurements, pictures, and pointed out details that we hadn’t considered but that would make the project even better. We liked his ideas and after receiving the quote, reached out to him to schedule the lighting installation. Caleb and Conner showed up promptly at the appointed time and got right to work. They respected our home during the process and completed the work quicker than we had expected. The results are fantastic with new ceiling lighting and dimmer controls, exactly what we needed. Mike and Grant were professional, communicated well, and were able to get our service scheduled quickly. Had a great first experience with Flat River Electric. I was looking to have electric service installed from my house to a new sub panel in my pole barn. Mike came out for a very timely review/quote of the project and an install date was coordinated for about a month later. I didn't end up booking this company for our service because they were out of our budget this time, but I still had a great experience receiving a quote from them! Mike came out and did an estimate for us. He was great to talk with, obviously very knowledgeable, and was keen to answering all my questions. He was able to generate a quote onsite in under an hour, and walk through the details of it as well. He was very personable and friendly! He was even mindful of bringing his own shoe covers to wear in the house. I have no doubts Mike and his team are worth their value, and we will definitely keep them in mind for future projects!
